Hi, my recordings, on demand and catch up service not loading

Hi, my recordings service on my Sky Q box aren't working, continually says 'please wait'

I cannot access the on demand service or catch-up tv service as when I select a programme it says that due to a technical issue it couldn't be loaded.

Ive tried troubleshooting this and following the Sky guidelines including resetting my box and also updating the software on my box and this hasn't worked - has been an ongoing issue for the past 4 days.

Also, my Sky Q Mini box keeps disconnecting and going to a blue page when ever I select a channel.

Please help, thank you.

Hi @MollyAlex Try rebooting your router by removing the power cable for 30 sec then reconnect to reboot, then reboot your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on to reboot?
