Help

My TV is stating lost network connection, I have tried everything on all the community boards but still not connecting.. Everything is working on the router but booster not connecting, no sky mini boxes working

Hi @vreones12 

Just be aware that Q mini boxes will not connect to 3rd party boosters.

If it is a Sky Q booster then to what is it connected and where is it located in relation to your Q boxes and router?

What is the booster not connecting to? Phrasing is throwing me as the Q connects to the booster rather than the other way round, is that what you mean? Is the booster already connected to the router or not?
