Help sky q

Every so often my sky q flicks to black screen while.i am watching something doesn't matter what channel I am watching..cant speak to a human when I ring sky so annoying 🙄

There are some simple checks/tests you can do yourself:

1. Double check the HDMI is firmly seated in the back of the Sky Q box and TV
2. Change the HDMI cable if you have a spare one available
3. Unplug the box from the mains for a good 5 - 10 minutes

If all else fails, you can sign in and work through the online help flow here should be able to organise an engineer at the end if nothing works.
