I need some help in setting up audio to get Dolby Atmos (when available), or at least the best sound quality between:
- Sky Q box
- TCL C741k TV - which has Dolby Atmos enabled & has eARC
- Bose 600 Soundbar - also Dolby Atmos & only 1 hdmi (eARC).
I am assuming I should connect the Sky box to the TV via hdmi & then the TV to the Bose 600 via hdmi eARC.
The TV audio settings really are confusing me in terms of what to select from the following:
TV - Audio processing setting:
1. Auto
2. Dolby Atmos
3. DTS
Digital audio out
1. Passthrough
2. PCM
3. Auto
Again - what will deliver the best quality? Someone told me the Digital audio out setting was only relevant if I was using optical, but I am not sure if thats the case.
Any help would be great.
