Help! My sky q won’t turn on

I unplugged it for a few days, now it won't turn on and stay on. I've tried the guidance of turning on, holding until ted and yellow light and nothing. Second night of trying

What actually happens when you try to power it up?

I've tried starting from the mains 

when I following the instructions online I unplug and then hold the power switch while turning it back on, I hold it while it's just a white light, then when it flashing white it say continue to hold until it goes red and yellow flashes. Then it just turns itself off again

@Katie368 are you sure you don't have a Sky stream puck ? as on the Q box there is no white light
