Help! Managing sub

Hey! I'm trying to download a show onto my sky and it's saying I need to 'To use this service please upgrade your subscription' but I was just doing it and always use it. It's all of a sudden stopped working. Any ideas on how I can fix this. Thanks!

Are you trying to download in HD when you don't subscribe to the HD package ?

Or do you have an old package that doesn't give you access to Sky Box sets if this is what you are trying to access ?

Can you check to see if you can download in SD ?
