Hello - my TV picture has been choppy and distorted at times. What's causing this please?

I've unplugged the mini box and TV at the mains but there has been no change to the picture quality. I've also done the same with the 2TB box and TV but again no change.

Same for me .. only on mini box though.. live tv and recordings..
