Hayu not appearing in On Demand

We are subscribed to the Sky Ultimate TV package and have access to Disney + and HBO but not Hayu. I've searched online help and it mentions it should be in On Demand but it's not there. I'm going round in circles on the Sky site trying to find help but to no avail. Can someone help?

If you.trying to get as part of you Sky package, it will not be at no extra cost until July. You can go to the Hayu app and subscribe but that is extra at the moment.

Thanks, already looked at this but it's about subscribing to Hayu. Hayu is meant to be free with our package.

I did read this and appreciate the full Hayu is not available until July but we should have the taster of Hayu from March.

Hi @CE3   Again, all explained from the link I provided,  simply click on the Hayu FAQs link. "‘A taste of Hayu’ Ten of the biggest Hayu shows are available to watch on Sky's On Demand service, at no extra cost, for eligible customers."

They seem to have been haphazard in where to find the limited 'taste of Hayu'

Currently on SKY Q try:

Same here. When I go to the Hayu app on the Sky Q menu it still wants to charge me a monthly sub, whereas the Sky adverts say it should be now included. The recent additions of HBO & Disney have both shown as no charge when using their apps on Sky Q, but this isn't true for Hayu. ???

I have the exact same complaint, I did go into the pathway you suggested but it is not showing there in catch up either
