Having trouble with sky. Cannot use control on tv

Hello. My sky went down today. Had reset main box and 2 mini boxes in bedrooms. Main box fine. 1 mini connected but other one I cant seem to operate handset with my tv? All perfect yesterday? Mini box has power. Tv works. Can see freeview? Confused and fed up as been trying get it working 3 hours now
