Have received messages asking for me to return equipment that is being used at my new address, please advise as I can't return things whilst using it to receive sky.

Technically no, the broadband was cancelled and then moved to the new address. The engineer used same equipment as old address.
update : just talked to sky advisor who has submitted form, resolving the issue hopefully.
