When it was connected by the Sky engineer he just used my router's WiFi SSID & password - single SSID for 2.4 & 5GHz channels as it's a mesh system.

@oldfella  just my standard wifi SSID and Password. Do you think the naming convention and password perhaps need to be strengthened?

To be fair, I have let it settle overnight and it seems to be working this morning. I'll revert if I have any other challenges but very much appreciate all of your help.
