Had Sky Q installed on 10th of july this year. Have noticed in the last week. the TV screen is pixel

Sky Q now has pixels on the screen, despite being less than 3 months old. has to be Sky box , as other devices play clear on the same TV. Sky mini box picture is clear also. Any ideas?

Have you tried powering the box off and back on again?  This oftens clears graphical gremlins.

I have tried that but no joy. do you have a contact number to speak to Sky direct?
