Had 2 new sky q boxs in a week and keep freezing

Had two new sky cube boxes in a week the second one the sky engineer came out and fitted it with cabling and part on the dish. Having the same problem with the picture freezing and making a noise. Not responding on remote and not turning off. The only way to do it is to unplug it and reboot it, however after four or five times a night you get fed up with this, what can I do?
