HD channels

Last night my satellite service disappeared so I booked a tech, this morning they re appeared so I cancelled the tech. Tonight I have now realised that my channels are no longer HD? BBC etc is showing in SD and I have the HD package.

Have you tried powering the box off and back on again?  This often sorts out the channels assuming there isn't an underlying issue with the signal.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
