HBO Max

I can't put my date of birth in to access HBO Max which I have according to my account. x

hi @ECT1 

 

it is a bit fiddly, you do not enter it with the numerical keys, you have to press the enter/select key (I think) which should bring up an onscreen numerical keyboard to navigate & select
