How do I cancel HBO Max as I have it with Sky?

If you only have the free version of HBO max basic entertainment with ads and you have activated it to your package I don't you can now actually cancel and removed it , but it's free so you not being charged any thing for it. If however you have a higher tier and are paying the reduced monthly subscription, you can go to sky marketplace and downgrade to the basic free tier, which will take effect from your next billing date. If you have the HBO max tnt sport tier you only get that in your Sky package if you also have a TNT sports subscription though Sky and that is on you Sky package at no extra cost, so again I think that can not be removed.

When and how did you subscribe to HBO Max because it only launched in the UK about the same time the free tier was added to Sky

I dont have the TNT Sport I just want to delete HBO Max also how do i get rid of the viewing history from the continue watching section on HBO MAX through Sky Q box
