Green screen on apps

When we watch sky Netflix and prime the screen goes green and pixels every so often when we use it direct with tv it works fine only when through sky Q

It works fine via the app on Q but not with the native TV app?

 

If so, this isn't a Sky issue?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Badly phrased question with no punctuation, but I think it was intended the other way round.
