Getting message to connect to broadband

I can watch sky programmes. I can see the TV guide, I can open the planner. But , I'm getting a message to connect to broadband; "Simply connect your TV to broadband router..." But I already am connected obviously. I'm watching Sky. Netflix, Prime, IPlayer from Apps., etc. My router and WiFi is fine. But I can't get Catchup, and the blue button search seems to now require extra step  

Help!

Yes it was from Sky, but I may have got the wording wrong. It probably said "connect your board broadband router to get blah blah".

An hour or so later I finally got it working using the WPS buttons on both the skybox and my router upstairs and a lot of fiddling..

That was late last night. Haven't yet tried again but hope it's okay
