Getting Sky Q need some information please.

Hi all just looking at getting skyQ

need some infomation if I may please.

1.  Switch on Date - is this when the Q box is installed or when the account is live from the moment I can use the sky go app?
2. I live in a flat - Would I need extra permissions before hand? there is a communial dish and I think the flat above me already ahs sky Q.
3. obviously there are part charges, how is this worked out exactly? I know say the first payment comes out on the 14th day from switch on. but what is the default regular Direct Debit date?

I have found the answer to point three after digging around and landing on youtube with a video explaining it.

still unsure on point one.

Point two, well I need to find the distribution point in the block. I have a feeling its in another cabinet. I found some info from another post of what is entailed.

@BCX9Point 2 not only do you need to find the distribution equipment you need permission from the "management agent" or equivalent for Sky to work on the equipment.
