Format change mid season

Hi I recorded a series on Sky Witness in SD. It wont let me watch episode 6 because it is UHD and says I must upgrade to watch.  And yet all the other episodes are SD and available to watch. Surely that cant be right?

Sounds like an on-demand tile rather than recording. Sky Witness never broadcasts in UHD afaik

@Chodley thanks for your reply. The recording missed out the episode so I tried to get it on demand and only that episode on demand is UH. Very frustrating to have to miss 1 episode mid series

@Norms what programme is it and what episode? as its very strange to only have the episode in UHD

@Norms ok just searched by doing a manual search ie pressing the spyglass button chicargo meds comes up with series 7 and 8 episode 6 is available to download in UHD HD and SD
