I have Netflix with my Sky package.
just recently when I have tried to watch it the Account screen "Choose a profile" is in Spanish 🇪🇸 the profile is called "Luffy" and it's locked.
I have contacted Netflix and they were useless. Asked me what email address was associated with this account, which I obviously don't have access to. They suggested I talk to Sky.
Spoke to Sky, and the only suggestion was to cancel my Sky Netflix subscription and renew it, which would log my Sky Q out and allow me to set it up again.
This appears to have worked, as I can now watch my Netflix on my main Sky Q box.
However, my Sky mini box, when selecting Netflix, is still showing the rogue account.
I have been back onto Netflix, but they're still clueless as to who's account is on there or how to correct this. They suggested deleting the device from my Netflix device list, but it's not in my list. And also try deleting the app and reinstalling it... but I think all the apps are already installed and you can't just delete one... 🤔
I have now changed the profile to English and the profile name to "Please delete the Sky profile in your device list" to see if I can get the account holder to help🤣😂
Anyone else have this issue or know how to resolve it?

It's not my Netflix account that's logged in. It's a foreign account. I have no idea who's it is or how it got logged in and locked on my Sky Q 🤷♂️🤦🏻♂️

It is your account. It's been hacked and the details changed, but it's still the account you're paying for. It happens a lot, only Netflix can sort it.
