Following a five minute power cut I have been unable to reconnect my Sky Q box.

I have the message ' Unsuccessful connection.' after following the advised procedures.

My laptops connect with internet every time but my Iphone and Ipad connect intermittently. My Ipad connects upstairs but less so downstairs. There appears to be a problem with the Sky Router.

I'd love to speak to a human as all my attempts to solve this problem have failed., especially I am paying for a full service but only get TV.  Help!!!

@Keneileen

Turn your Q box off at the mains on the wall

Reset you router by holding the reset button on the back for 30 seconds (This will reset all router settings and devices will need manually reconnected)

Once you've reset the router, when all 3 green lights come back on the front of it turn your Q box back on.

Go to Settings > Network connect > network setup > connect to sky broadband wifi

The screen will go to searching, then go hold the WPS button your router which will either be on the front or the right hand side of it, hold this for 5 seconds when you release it should start flashing orange and then ideally your Q box will connect.
