I am the bill payer, but why can I only watch the arsenal v Brighton games  on  multiview eg 3 different games at once  on the main box, and yet upstairs I get the full screen of the game

Hi @Moo60   What happens when you open Sky Sports+ from the side menu [...] and choose Live EFL Cup Multiview.

So tried it on my other mini box and the whole screen has now come up which it didn't earlier but on the main box I followed your instructions, pressed watch, blue screen with sky sports logo came up but white buffering circle at bottom which circled but then stopped and still blue screen. I'm guessing it's the main box at fault however I am not an engineer
