I am watching one last deal the dim it has frozen in one place and not any further

Sorry I mean film not dim , still frozen at same place tried refresh , starting again , switched of box to reboot still same

"One Last Deal" is going to be broadcast again tonight at 22:05 on Sky Thriller HD. You could record that broadcast as a back-up, although it would only be HD.

 

The problematic download (I presume that's what you had) is 4K but only SDR, no HDR for some reason. Despite being a 2026 production (!).
