Faulty sky q

When viewing sky the screen freezes and makes a loud buzzing noise then powers my tv off and on, this happens 3-4 times in a row before coming back on with maybe a 5-10 seconds gap between each time, this happens multiple times everyday but only when sky is being watched. The same tv is used for multiple other devices for long periods of time but it only has this problem with sky for some reason. I've tried different hdmi leads and swapping connections, the sky q box has plenty of ventilation were its stored. This has been happening for about 3 weeks now and it's very frustrating so any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

@Glenn2  Have you reported this to sky within these 3 weeks? What have they said?
