Faulty sky box

I ordered a new sky q box as old one had the hard drive problem message and was sending a replacement that wouldn't even power up now have no working sky TV at all

Ok, you'll have to contact Sky for another replacement...

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
