Faulty mini box

My mini box constantly looses its connection. I've had a sky booster installed and the mini box has been replaced . It will work for a while and then starts to play up again. I've now paid for a digital engineer to come out and he has confirmed the mini box is faulty. I am losing the will to live constantly having to reboot everything.

Hi @Dunscombe 

If you had asked Sky for an Engineer it would not have been chargeable.

You will still need to speak to Sky directly to get the box replaced.

Can I please have a phone number to speak to a human at Sky. Have been round in circles with the automated phone lines.

If you need to contact them you need to persevere by phone.
