Faulty Sky Q box?

The Sky Q box keeps switching itself off. I have reset it with the WiFi and it worked for a few minutes but then goes off again. We had similar problems with the mini box so they sent us a replacement. How do we get a replacement Q box?

Update:

I phoned Sky and there was an automated message saying they were having issues with Q boxes disconnecting but the problem has now been fixed. So two days without Sky- again!!!! There should be automatic remuneration!

What is "resetting it with the wifi"?

 

Just go through the box troubleshooter on the sky help page. It leads to a box replacement. Don't leave your viewing card in it and check if you need to swap the power cable too as there are two types.
