Hi, mini box has a fault and I can't get to the menu to check settings. The red light is on. I've pressed the reset button. It initiates, (black screen telling me not to do anything when the screen goes off along with the red light, briefly) I leave it, then the blue screen comes on telling me to press the home button when the screen goes off to start up. Except nothing happens and I go through the same process again. It's like Groundhog Day! QBox settings show mini box is connected.

Sounds like you have tried some of it, but try the remote control option reset first.
If as it says your red light or problem still persists, you may need to request a replacement Mini box online, a link for that is on page 2;
