Faulty Mini box

Sky mini box, faulty, won't go to home page goes to a setup page.

Remote won't work to direct instructions, (not a battery iseeue)

Inistially wouldn't find Sky Q box, then after rebooting via the socket the remote won't control and it's stuck on the accessabilty setup page?

I have tried a full reset via the button but no change.

20 months old is it covered by warranty?

Hi @IGM1   All Sky Q Hardware is on loan so maintenance is free. However it sound like your remote has lost its Bluetooth pairing with the box. Turn off Bluetooth by holding down the 4 & 6 buttons until the LED flashes 4 times. As you will now be in IR mode, line of sight between the remote and box will be required. If that works, hold down 1 & 3 to re-pair.

Some Mini boxes will now be over a decade old, but as @MightyQuinn indicates they are all on free loan to facilitate use of a Sky Television subscription so get swapped out if faulty no matter how long they've been in place.
