Failed/part recordings.

After a certain time the programmes I want to record either part record or fail due to no signal its been happening for a while now. Over Xmas and new year it worked fine but this past week its gone back to not working. On the failed recordings it won't let me click on the episode. And ones that have recorded there's a blanks screen with no sound.

@Kristina4 Have you tried rebooting your main Q box ie
putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions

Yes. I have even updated the software and it still won't record my programmes past 10pm. One failed to record at midnight and the others part recorded at 10pm and 11pm. It says no signal but every other time I've got perfect signal.
