Failed Recordings

I keep trying to record programmes, but it is only recording a few minutes. The message at the bottom of the recording says 'no signal'.

I have tried resetting the Sky Q box, then tried recording while we were out...same result.

I have tried recording something whilst watching TV...same result...and there was no loss of signal during that same time.

@Cashflow69 that sound suspiciously like your hard drive may be going

I have escalated this to sky

You may receive an email or a private message inviting you to have a private conversation on the Community with a Sky Expert.

Look out for a chat bubble at the bottom of your screen inviting you to a chat
If you are using the Safari browser please make sure that Hide IP Address is not checked in order to see the chat bubble. If you are having trouble finding this to check the settings, use another browser such as Firefox, Chrome etc.

The link below explains how the escalation process works

There isn't a separate invite as the chat bubble itself is the invite to chat. I have replied to your message in the chat where we will continue the conversation 😊 Thanks, Becca.
