FROM on sky 1

Hi, i have been trying to watch FROM seires 4 on sky one how ever when i click on it it keeps telling me to upgrade, 

i tried it on my Tablet and it works, but it dont on my sky q or sky q mini box

hi @les69er 

Do you have the  HD add on - if not then:

As the default download quality is set to HD (high Definition) not SD then when you try to download and watch you are prompted to upgrade (i.e. take out the HD subscription)

You, probably, just need to change your download preference to SD
Main Menu -> Settings -> Setup -> Preferences

(Please note this setting can only be set on the Main box)

Do not change your settings to SD as Standart for Downloads, indeed go on All formats, and select SD. When you change it to Standard SD Downloads, you also DL BBC and Channel 4 Content in SD. But for that you do not neet an extra HD Sub.
