Hi, I use a LG Oled tv with e-arc and a compatable 9.1 LG soundbar connected via e-arc. Most sound -eg news, tv programmes, movies and music are fine. However on F1 in UHD very poor sound sync with commentators, tried sync issues but minimum adjustment is insufficient.
UHD football and cricket all ok, just F1.

It's a broadcasting mix issue which Sky refuse to resolve. It's been this way since the first UHD broadcast, and I guess they're mixing 1080p studio images with the 2160p images from FOM, causing the delay/error. It happens every race, but if you watch Formula 2 or Formula 3, it's usually OK because they broadcast the FOM feed with no changes or additions. But it happens in both stereo and Dolby Digital, and there is no way to correct it because they're intentionally broadcasting the video ahead of the audio, meaning all you have control over is to delay the audio further and make the issues worse.
I've posted about it multiple times and been shut down by superusers here. But if you search the Sky forums, Twitter, AV forums, and more, they all talk about the Formula 1 having a considerable delay from time to time.
I own a Sony 4K TV, and a Bose Soundbar 900, and all my equipment has been calibrated using a Harkwood Sync-One2.
For people who don't know what a Sync-One2 is, it's essentially a video-audio sync tool used by professionals from Dolby to cinemas and even Sky themselves. It is the only tool that can push your TV and audio system to have a 000ms latency time between them, and mine does. Netflix also hosts the Sync-One2 files, which allows me to test the latency through the Sky box, and it's amazingly the same 000ms. So I know my Sky Q in UHD, HDR, and Dolby Digital Plus is in perfect sync, according to Netflix.
My Apple TV, Sky box, every channel, app, and more are all in sync, apart from Formula 1 in UHD. I've tried contacting someone higher at Sky to look into this as I think there is a quality control issue where perhaps it seems fine in the studio, but once it hits the channel, it's out of sync and no one notices too much or doesn't care but have been shutdown again blaming my equipment or just telling me that it will be passed onto a member of staff to review the channel and nothing happens again.

It's the same with the golf in UHD. No way to adjust on TV/amp/Sky Q as only option is to delay audio further. All the interviews are way out - it's hard to watch. And Laura Davies' has to wait until the ball is completely dead before she can correct her mid-air prediction. Please get it sorted somehow Sky. Bit of a joke that so little sport is still in UHD and that I pay for HD, then Sky Sports HD, then UHD and still there's a very fundamental viewing issue.

Yesterday I was watching via SKY Go so can't comment.
The interviews this morning with Luke Donald & Zach Johnson perfectly in Synch for me on the UHD feed (My set up is SKY Q direct to AV)
