Exterior cables loose

Hi Unable to get through to a person at sky and wondered if you can help. The black sky cables from sattelite dish were clipped to exterior wall a few inches off the ground when it was fitted. I've noticed they have come loose from the clips and are lying on the ground. I'm worried squirrels etc may chew through them. Will Sky send someone out to fix them to the wall again?

In the absence of an actual reception fault, I'd think that's unlikely.

Typically rodents don't particularly like the taste of satellite cable.

Hi @Strawberry12   As you own the cables (not Sky), can you (or a local handyman ) not use some new cable clips and do it yourselves?
