Error message when trying to watch recorded programmes

When I try to watch recorded programmes, I get the message "To watch this channel please upgrade your subscription".  I can watch any live channel on SKY as I have the full package, but it is just my recorded programmes I can't watch.  I have switched everything off for 5 minutes and re-started but I still have the same issue.

Have you mistakenly recorded in HD or UHD without subscribing to those add-ons?

No, I don't think that is the case.  These are programmes which I have recorded for a few years and have never had a probelm before, in fact I watched one last night and it was fine.  It was only this moring that the error message occured.  Good suggestion though, thank you!
