Error code VJS-2999

Hiya.
Has anyone gone to the apps and Channel 5 to watch something and have had that code VJS-2999

Do you need a subscription for it ? It doesn't mention that but just wondering 

many thanks

@TrayAG  Sky Go, where you have posted, is a PC/Mobile app and as such does not host other apps within itself.

 

Which TV  servkce do you have Sky Q  or Sky Stream?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

I have moved you thread into Sky Q community area.

 

We have seen this error before.

It has had resolution by removing ad blockers within your network.
