Error code 137
Hi,
For some reason I can't get any programs on my TV like rakuten,itv x , Disney or anything, I can get netflix only that I pay for,
When I go to rakuten it says error code 137, or itv X it says error at there end,
Can anyone help ,

@Brendan72 Have you tried rebooting your main Q box ie
putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions
