When the questions come up
press the home button on the sky remote .
go to settings
status
click on connect to sky box
Try connect it will the either way fail and you have to put contiune and the like it back to your sky q box. Or it will work it nothing to do with the MTU size. And that engineer should be sacked .
this work for me. The mini box has just lost all the network setting .
