Equipment return

I keep on getting emails to request that I return my box but I am still a customer and using it. I have called and asked for these emails to stop but they still continue and I am being told I will be charged if I do not return by the end of this month, but I have no equipment to return as I use it and pay my bills on time Can someone please help as it's very difficult to speak to anybody at sky with a long wait and I don't have the time

We would normally escalate this to Sky on here via their Messaging Team, but unfortunately the process is currently not available. We were expecting its return a couple of weeks ago but don’t have a timeframe for it being available again.

In the meantime you wil need to persevere and contact Sky by other means; through social media, Sky Assistant or by phoning in.
