Episode download

For the past few days I am trying to download series 2 episode 7 of Banshee it keeps coming up failed or I get 1hr 5mins but it only shows 15mins?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more

Have you deleted these failed attempts and made sure they are deleted again from the deleted folder before trying again to download the episode ?

Yes. I deleted all but still it comes up failed every time I try again sometimes only 15mins has downloaded!
