Just reset the sky remote ( Press and hold 7 and 9 on your Sky Q remote until it flashes 4 times, then while pointing at the Sky Q box press and hold 1 & 3 together until the red LED flashes then follow the on screen instructions)
Back to Sky Q and 2 mini boxes after a failed attempt at Sky Stream (again) , VM 1 gb Broadband and Google Nest WiFi Pro.
