Engineer appt not confirmed

As I'm having satellite connectivity issues: signal strength 10 / signal quality 90

I did get the chat bot yesterday to seemingly book a home visit to get it looked at, but

 

Can't check if it's gone thru, 

1st time failed to confirm appt, system error!

2nd time chat bot confirmed appt, but no email confirmation & it's not showing in track my orders.

 

Any chance of an escalation to confirm if appt is live or not?
