l’m afraid you aren’t speaking to Sky Customer Services by posting here. This is a customer ➡️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other Sky customers.

 

If there is already a dish up Sky will replace it if the old one doesn't work or is unsuitable otherwise they may just work on the LNB at the end of the arm..

Hi @Yokbox   I'm afraid you are only talking to other customers. However, the installer will replace your dish if they think it is necessary. It must adhere to the latest H&S regulations and not be on something like a chimney stack or via a flat roof and not at a great height which will be a show stopper. They need to fit a wideband LNB.
