Just bought a new TV which is fine but anytime I connect sky the screen looks very dull as if there is something covering it. I've tried changing brightness contrast etc but nothing seems to work until I come off Sky then screen looks great. Is there a fix?

Hi @AdieA We can only suggest things to try if you tell us the make and model of the TV and what resolution you have set on the Sky Q box. Do you have a Sky HD subscription? Are you using the Sky Q supplied HDMI lead which is correctly seated both ends.
