Dramatic I know but feel like crying I’m so frustrated.
Will try and be brief. I cannot connect my Q minibox. It says no satellite. It tells me it's my tv but I know it's not. I've had varying messages ranging from no satellite to check your cable indicating there is a cable issue. I also notice on the sky wall socket close to my main hub whereas there are usually 4 solid green lights there are now only 3. The second one in from the left isn't on, what is this indicating. I can't be the only k e who feels the online instructions are at times extremely frustrating to navigate. It would be so nice to reason with a human to help trouble shoot and not a bot,

@Reggieboy2 not sure what you have tried if anything
but
Have you tried rebooting your main Q box ie
putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions
then
rebooting your mini box

Yea I've tried all the turn it off and turn it on reboot countless times. There are still only 3 green light on the sky socket. I remember when the engineer installed it in Dec he mentioned there should always be 4 solid green lights. So should I be calling an engineer at this point to fix the issue

Well, the cable (not the one to the internet, the one from the dish) carries the satellite signal so those two messages do go hand-in-hand
Which sky wallbox is it? The full fibre ONT?
