Downloading issues using new internet provider

Have changed internet provider to Link Broadband. Now Sky Q box won't download and says Failed location check.  Any advice? Can watch or record normally. Can watch Disney etc no probs.

Sounds like Link's public IP addresses are not registered in the UK range.  Check with them first.

I have the same problem with sky and link broadband. Any more suggestions would be great. Our ip address shows the uk. Link broadband say the uk, all other streaming platforms are fine. Even the national lottery says I'm in the uk!  But still says failed location on sky!
