Are the drop-outs repeatable, as in, if you rewind and play back the same section does it drop out in the same place? If this is the case then you could try fully deleting the download from your box and trying a new download. If this exhibits the same problem then it'll be worth notifying Viewer Relations as it's probably a problem with the encoding of the original file.
