Download speeds

Hi I've just transferred to Brsk broadband and I'm receiving 470 download speed and 460 upload speeds yet when I try to download stuff from my sky q like let's say emmerdale it seems to take forever to download why is this

Hi @Croc20   If you are connected by WiFi then Sky Q uses the 2.4GHz band, so a maximum speed of 40-50mbps. If you want faster speeds, then you need to connect by Ethernet. Older boxes also only have a 100mbps network card.
