Downgrading

Hi there, 

id like to remove sky cinema and ultra hd and sky hd from my package please, we never use them and whenever I want to watch a film of choice I end up having to buy or rent which makes the cinema add on pointless and also the movies we do want are available for free on Netflix prime etc the extra charges don't help with the cost of living plus we're expecting a baby and every penny helps

@jen2608   The forum can't do this for you.  You will need to call Sky or use the following link https://www.sky.com/help/articles/cancel-sky-tv#contact-leave

On the link provided (In the UK) it should include a Message Us option between 0900-1930.

You can also call on 150 from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk line

If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:

Stay on the line and don’t hang up if prompted to. Apparently the quieter times to ring are just after 7am or about 9pm.
